Easy Overnight Oats 14/03/2017, Recipes

A healthy, easy and delicious way to start the day. Watch our video and then try adapting your own with your favourite fruits, nuts or seeds. 

Ingredients: 

250g Oats
50g Sultanas
50g Mixed nuts
750ml Apple Juice
2 tbsp Cinnamon

Method: 

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate overnight before serving. Top with berries or chopped nuts and enjoy.
