A creamy, medium hot, blend of mustard and horseradish, based on a traditional recipe which is mentioned in Shakespeare, 'his wit was as thick as Tewkesbury Mustard' Henry IV. Unlike the folk in those days, we do not crush the mustard seed with a lead cannonball! We recommend serving Kitchen Garden Tewkesbury Mustard with sausages, steak and liver, or blending with some creme fraiche to make a creamy sauce to go with tuna steaks or beef.
