Simple preparation instructions:
1. Peel all of the root ginger and garlic and half the turmeric
2. Blend to a fine paste
Use the remaining root turmeric in other dishes or slice thinly and add hot water to make a delicious turmeric tea. Also, add to rice, or stews to benefit from it's anti-inflammatory properties.
If you have any paste left over, you can wrap it in foil and a sealed plastic bag then freeze for future use.
