Thick and full of flavour, the rump steak is a large cut of beef taken from the back of the cow. Due to their size it is best to fry or griddle them for around two minutes per side otherwise they can be tough. When served they are often cut into ribbons and served with rich sauces such as peppercorn.

All The Story Organic beef is traditionally hung, dry aged for 30 days.
