As the name suggests, the minute steak is cooked incredibly quickly; flash fried for 60 seconds each side before serving. The cut is from the top of the leg and works well flattened and seasoned on both sides, before searing over a high heat. Perfect for a steak and eggs breakfast.
All The Story Organic beef is traditionally hung, dry aged for 30 days.
