Traditionally a favourite in the navy and now a popular sandwich filler, salt beef is a staple of British food heritage. Often made with brined brisket, the large granules or ‘corns’ of salt used for preservation gave it the name ‘corned beef’. This local salt beef would be a novel addition to your festive cured meats platter.
This product is only available for delivery during Christmas week (ie. for delivery in the week commencing 18th December).
