This wholemeal loaf is handmade using wild yeasts and traditional methods by Bristol's award-winning bakery, Mark’s Bread. If you haven’t heard of Mark’s Bread (where have you been), it’s a small South Bristol-based craft bakery with a big heart. Nourishing the city with specialist sourdoughs, that are kinder on your stomach than your usual breads. Mark’s loaves are made with Shipton Mill organic flour with no additives or preservatives.
